We are putting together the training program for FCC GROL W RADARE licensing.
This training program will be complete and everything you need to do the job. When you pass the FCC Test element 1,3 and 8. This license is required for you to make any adjustments to radio transmitters or repairs and adjustments to radar set. You will also be able to perform FCC radio inspections on vessels.
This topic gets into all of the maritime data systems used on vessels, 0180 (RS232), 0183 (RS422), nema2000 (canbus), 845, ethernet. You will learn how to read the signal with simple DVM and analog meters such as the simpson 260. Learn how to use an oscilloscope to look at the signal and how to solve problems with the systems.
